Giano is built on a simple idea — that Italian cooking doesn't need tricks. Just good ingredients, honest technique, and a deep respect for tradition. Yet we never stop looking forward: new seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and a constant curiosity for what Italian cuisine can become.
Our name says it all. Giano — from Janus, the Roman god of beginnings and transitions, always depicted with two faces: one looking to the past, one to the future. That is exactly how we cook. Rooted in the Italian tradition, open to the new.
